Service Description

Notary and signer sign documents remotely (electronically). The notary and the signer BOTH sign electronically in each others' presence via a recorded webcam session provided by Pactima. Fees: $25 per Signature The signer must have the required form of identification and must have completed the identity verification process. Identification verifications are emailed by a third party prior to the remote signing session. The signer must have the following: 1. Must be a U.S. Citizen 2. Must have a Drivers License or State ID 3. Must have a Social Security Number 4. Must have a credit history in the U.S. 5. Must pass the ID Verification within two attempts 6. Passports may NOT meet the State's requirement for credential analysis 7. Must have a U.S. mobile number The ID Verification requirements, No Exceptions: 1. ID must be able to generate 5 questions 2. Must answer 4 out of 5 questions correctly 3. Only has 2 minutes to answer questions 4. Participant ONLY is permitted 2 attempts within 24 hours. All Remote (Webcam) E-Notary sessions must be paid in full prior to the beginning of the session. All Appointments are Pacific Standard Time. The notary and the signer BOTH sign documents in each others' presence through an approved Web Signing Service. The document must be completed entirely and parties must understand what they are signing. The notary cannot complete, interpret or give legal advice on your document. The signer must have Government Issued ID. All Appointments are Pacific Standard Time.
